現(xiàn)有模型飛機的結(jié)構(gòu)有兩種一種是傳統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)即用木材做成構(gòu)架,外面用熱縮膜等蒙皮,不僅結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,成本高,模型抗沖擊性差,而且要用掉大量寶貴的木材。下面來簡單了解下吧。

結(jié)構(gòu)是用泡沫塑料切割成形或直接用模具發(fā)泡成形,切開后里面襯上木構(gòu)架再表面蒙皮而成,結(jié)構(gòu)同樣復(fù)雜,而且模型重量偏大強度差。

翼尖是由機翼主板上下部份在尖部重疊粘合后整形而成,整個機翼前后緣及翼尖均粘貼有加強帶以保證機翼粘接及強度,上反角套箱為一整體箱形結(jié)構(gòu),其內(nèi)腔和機翼根部外表面相配合,左右機翼分別插入上反角套箱內(nèi)腔并粘合。
